HR is increasingly faced with complex business requests, often in areas beyond their traditional control or expertise. While digital HR may be essential, it is not enough to meet these new demands. In this session, Harsh Kundulli, Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, explained how organizations can increase the effectiveness of digital HR in today’s new world of work.

Sustainability is a rising priority for CEOs, as well as employees. However, employee interest currently outpaces opportunities to engage around sustainability. In this session, Aaron McEwan, Vice President, Advisory at Gartner, discussed how CHROs can create a strong culture of sustainability and equip managers to drive employee engagement.
“Engage employees directly in co-defining what sustainability means for the organization and determine which sustainability efforts will be prioritized.”
“Ensure all employees have a clear understanding of sustainability goals and how they can contribute and participate.”
“Tailor development opportunities to employees’ specific sustainability interests and goals to ensure their engagement.”
